Winery Visit with Tasting in Dattilo (Paceco)

Immersed in the golden hues of the fields and the intense scent of the Sicilian earth, our tasting in Dattilo is an experience that celebrates the simplicity and richness of rural tradition. Here, among the centuries-old olive groves and rows of sun-kissed vines, time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor every moment and every flavor.

The visit begins with a tour of the farms , where you'll discover the organic production methods that have been producing local gastronomic excellence for generations. The story behind each production choice makes every taste even more special, offering you an authentic immersion in Sicilian rural life .

The second part of this experience is tasting time , a sensory journey through the flavors of the land. You'll enjoy fresh produce, extra virgin olive oil, honey, artisanal preserves, olive and caper pâtés, and other typical products from the farm , accompanied by a carefully selected selection of Sicilian wines and the renowned Passito di Pantelleria . Every bite speaks to the passion and care with which these specialties are produced, offering an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience.

We recommend comfortable clothing, with low shoes for accessing the countryside and a sun hat.
